The road markings and the style of the overhead gantry suggest a European highway. The architecture of the buildings in the distance, specifically the tiled roofs, points towards the Iberian Peninsula. The vehicles are driving on the right side of the road. I suspect this is in Portugal, likely near Lisbon given the urban development. I am moderately sure.

The signage on the pedestrian bridge includes the URL "aluminios-tejo.pt," which strongly confirms Portugal. The architecture of the high-rise residential buildings is typical of the outskirts of Lisbon, specifically the Amadora or Odivelas areas. The road layout and the surrounding topography are consistent with the IC17 or CRIL highway network. I am quite confident in this location.
