The road sign clearly mentions "I-95 NORTH," which is a major interstate in the United States. The presence of palm trees and the specific skyline architecture strongly suggest a coastal Florida city, likely Miami. The traffic pattern and the surrounding high-rise buildings are consistent with the urban landscape near the I-95 corridor in downtown Miami. I am very confident in this assessment.
