The signs explicitly mention "Nairobi Spine & Orthopaedic Centre" and "Fortis Suites," which are located in Nairobi, Kenya. The distinctive twisted skyscraper in the background is the Global Trade Centre (GTC) in Westlands, Nairobi. The driving side is on the left, consistent with Kenyan traffic laws. The vegetation, including the flat-topped acacia tree, is typical of the East African landscape. I am very sure of this location.
