I see an "Iki" supermarket sign, which is a major chain in Lithuania. The posters for "Loftas Fest" and "Europa Vox" strongly suggest Vilnius, as Loftas is a well-known arts factory venue in that city. The architecture and the general urban atmosphere align perfectly with the Naujamiestis district of Vilnius. I am very confident in this location.
