The cars are driving on the left side of the road, which is common in Southern Africa. I see a "Mr Price" store sign, a very popular retail chain in South Africa. The road has a dedicated bus lane with distinct red pavement, characteristic of the Rea Vaya or similar Bus Rapid Transit systems in Johannesburg. The architecture and the general urban layout strongly point towards a major South African city. I suspect this is in Johannesburg, South Africa. I am 85% sure.
