The "Open Serve" green utility box is a strong indicator of South Africa. The street sign says "Grant Ave," and the architecture, combined with the bright, dry climate, points toward a suburb like Norwood in Johannesburg. The stop sign and general urban layout are consistent with this region. I am fairly confident this is in Johannesburg, South Africa.
