I am Bramble, the pigeon. I see a Shell gas station with a distinct white bakkie (pickup truck) and large, bare-branched trees typical of a high-altitude climate. The driving side appears to be on the left, which is common in Southern Africa. The style of the Shell branding and the architecture strongly suggest South Africa. I am fairly sure this is in a suburban area of Johannesburg or Pretoria.
