The driving side is on the right, which is standard for much of Europe. I see a sign that says "Fundació La Caixa" on the distinctive dark buildings, which strongly suggests Spain. The architecture and the urban layout look very much like Barcelona. I am fairly confident this is Barcelona, Spain.
