The architecture, particularly the minaret-style towers on the building, strongly suggests a location in South Africa, possibly Johannesburg. The urban density and the signage style point towards a busy commercial district. The bright, clear sky and shadows indicate a sunny, dry climate typical of the highveld. I am fairly confident this is in the central business district of Johannesburg.
