The scene features a Shell gas station and a KFC sign, typical of many urban areas. The vegetation, specifically the deciduous trees with sparse leaves, suggests a temperate climate or a seasonal winter period. The signage "JHB" on the auction sign strongly points to Johannesburg, South Africa. The overall environment and style of the infrastructure are consistent with South African urban planning. I am fairly confident this is in Johannesburg.
