The architecture, vegetation, and the style of the utility poles strongly suggest a suburban residential area in the Southern United States. The presence of agave plants and the specific type of limestone retaining wall point towards Texas, likely the Hill Country or San Antonio area. The clear blue sky and bright sun are consistent with this region. I am reasonably sure this is in Texas.

The new view confirms the residential suburban setting with ongoing construction, typical of rapidly developing areas in Texas. The wooden utility poles and the specific style of the residential architecture are very characteristic of San Antonio's older neighborhoods undergoing renovation. The bright, clear sky and vegetation are consistent with the climate of central Texas. I am now quite confident in this location.
