The vehicles are driving on the left side of the road, which is standard in Australia. The license plate on the silver car is yellow with blue text, consistent with New South Wales plates. The architecture and the "For Lease" sign style strongly suggest an Australian urban setting. The overall vibe, including the street lamps and building styles, points toward a suburb of Sydney. I am fairly confident this is in New South Wales, Australia.
