I see a large flag flying on a tall pole in the distance, which appears to be the Saudi Arabian flag. The landscape features manicured palm trees and decorative lighting, typical of a public park or plaza in a major Saudi city. The night setting and the specific style of the flag pole suggest a prominent location, possibly in Riyadh. I am fairly confident this is in Saudi Arabia.
