The road markings and traffic flow indicate driving on the right side of the road, typical of North America. The architecture, including the brick buildings and the "Old Town" sign, strongly suggests a historic urban neighborhood in the United States. A moving truck with a "647" area code points toward the Chicago area. The overall urban density and skyline are consistent with the Old Town neighborhood in Chicago, Illinois. I am fairly confident in this assessment.
