The road markings and the presence of palm trees suggest a Middle Eastern climate. The concrete barriers and the style of the tall, thin streetlights are characteristic of major highways in the Gulf region. The bright, hazy sky and arid landscape further support this location. The road continues to feature the distinct concrete median barriers and tall, slender light poles common in Saudi Arabia. The presence of palm trees and the arid, flat landscape strongly reinforce my previous assessment. The vehicle types, including the white pickup truck, are very typical for this region. I am now quite confident this is a major highway in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
