The view shows a large body of water with a distinct skyline and naval vessels in the distance. The architecture and the presence of a large harbor suggest a major coastal city. The landscape and the specific layout of the harbor point towards Sydney, Australia. I recognize the Garden Island naval base area in Sydney Harbour. I am very sure of this location.
