I see signs for "Pick n Pay" and "Rosebank College" with a ".co.za" web address, which points directly to South Africa. The stores "Truworths" and "Identity" are very common South African retail chains. The architecture and the general urban vibe are characteristic of a major South African city center. I am quite confident this is in Johannesburg, South Africa.
