The street layout and driving side indicate North America. I see a sign for "Myopic Books," which is a famous bookstore in Chicago. The architecture, including the distinct tall building in the background, strongly points to the Wicker Park neighborhood in Chicago. The street signs and overall urban aesthetic confirm this is a major US city. I am very sure this is Chicago, Illinois.
