The road markings and the presence of palm trees suggest a desert environment in the Middle East. The concrete barriers and the style of the tall, thin streetlights are very characteristic of highways in the Gulf region. The bright, hazy sky and arid landscape point toward a location like the United Arab Emirates or Saudi Arabia. I suspect this is a major highway near a city like Dubai or Riyadh. I am moderately sure of this region.

The road leads toward a tunnel entrance, which is a very specific feature. The landscape remains arid with sparse, hardy vegetation typical of the Arabian Peninsula. The concrete jersey barriers and the specific design of the lighting poles are highly consistent with infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. Given the desert climate and the highway layout, I am fairly confident this is in the Riyadh area.
