The green street sign clearly displays "Minsheng E. Rd. Sec. 5," which is a major thoroughfare in Taipei, Taiwan. The presence of traditional Chinese characters and the specific style of the traffic lights and road markings confirm this location. The architecture and the prevalence of scooters are very characteristic of the Songshan District in Taipei. I am very confident in this location.
