The sign explicitly mentions "Wanderers Street," which is a well-known street in Johannesburg. The architecture and the general urban atmosphere are consistent with the central business district of a major South African city. The presence of "Hawkers Cellular" and the style of the storefronts strongly point to South Africa. I am very confident in this location.
