The cars are driving on the right side of the road. The architecture, including the brick buildings and the dense urban skyline, strongly suggests a major North American city. The presence of a large dumpster and scaffolding is common in busy downtown areas. The overall aesthetic and the specific style of the high-rises point towards Chicago. I am fairly confident this is in the River North or Gold Coast area of Chicago.
