The road markings and the style of the overhead signage, featuring both Arabic and English script, strongly suggest a country in the Middle East. The arid landscape, palm trees, and bright, harsh sunlight are consistent with the Gulf region. The concrete barriers and the tunnel entrance ahead look very typical of modern highway infrastructure in the United Arab Emirates. I suspect this is near Dubai. I am moderately sure.

The signage explicitly states "Speed Camera in Use" in both English and Arabic, confirming my previous assessment of the region. The specific design of the overhead gantry and the tunnel entrance is very characteristic of major urban highways in the UAE. The road infrastructure and the surrounding desert-adapted vegetation are typical for the outskirts of Dubai. I am quite confident this is the Airport Tunnel or a similar major arterial road in Dubai.
