The scene shows a bridge with railway tracks in the center and motorbikes on the side, which is characteristic of the Long Biên Bridge in Vietnam. The architecture of the high-rise buildings in the background strongly suggests the urban landscape of Hanoi. The heavy presence of motorbikes and the specific truss structure of the bridge confirm this location. I am very confident this is Hanoi, Vietnam.
