The vehicles are driving on the right side of the road, which is standard in the United States. The green street sign and the "Metro" bus in the distance are characteristic of a major American city. The architecture and the general urban layout point toward a downtown area in Texas. The specific style of the parking signs and the buildings strongly suggest Houston. I am fairly confident this is downtown Houston.
