I see street signs for "W Illinois St" and "N Wells St," which are iconic streets in Chicago. The architecture, including the red brick buildings and the elevated train tracks in the distance, is characteristic of the River North neighborhood. The presence of a "Lou Malnati's" sign further confirms this is Chicago. I am very confident in this location.
