I see a "Guadalupe Wedding Chapel" and a "Route 66" flag, which strongly points to the United States. The architecture and the specific "Central" building signage suggest a major city in the American West. The street layout and the tall, distinct skyscraper in the background are characteristic of downtown Los Angeles. I am quite confident this is the intersection of Broadway and 6th Street in Los Angeles.
