The yellow box junction markings and the specific style of the concrete retaining walls and overhead highway structure are highly characteristic of urban Malaysia. The vehicles, including the Perodua-style hatchback on the right, strongly support this location. The signage in the distance also follows the Malaysian green highway sign standard. I am quite confident this is in the Klang Valley area, likely Kuala Lumpur.
