The traffic is driving on the right side of the road. The street signs and the "Jerk" restaurant signage are in English. The skyline in the distance features a very distinct, tall, thin skyscraper that looks exactly like the St. Regis Chicago. This architecture and the urban density strongly point to Chicago, Illinois. I am very sure of this location.
