The road markings show a "SCHOOL" sign painted on the pavement, indicating North American English. The architecture features classic Victorian-style red brick row houses, which are very common in older Canadian cities like Toronto or Montreal. The vehicles and general suburban layout strongly suggest an urban residential area in Canada. I suspect this is a neighborhood in Toronto, Ontario. I am reasonably sure of this location.
