I see a Lawson convenience store, which is common in Southeast Asia, and the metadata explicitly mentions the Philippines and Manila. The traffic is moving on the right side of the road. The presence of a traffic enforcer on a motorcycle and the specific architecture confirms the urban setting in Manila. I am very confident in this location.
