I see a Shell gas station with a distinct architectural style and a tall, slender tower in the background that looks like the Hillbrow Tower in Johannesburg. The vehicles and the general urban layout strongly suggest South Africa. The bright, clear sky and low sun angle are consistent with a high-altitude, sunny climate typical of the Highveld. I am fairly confident this is in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Country: South Africa, City: Johannesburg.
Confidence: High.
