The traffic is moving on the right side of the road, which is standard for most of Europe. The "New Bar" sign with "Tavola Calda" is a strong indicator of Italy. The architecture and the style of the apartment buildings, especially the one in the background, are very characteristic of Italian urban or suburban areas. The road markings and the blue circular traffic sign also align perfectly with Italian road standards. I am fairly confident this is in Italy, likely in the northern part of the country.
