The scene shows left-hand traffic, which is common in places like Singapore or the UK. I see a sign that says "Chinatown Point" and another that mentions "Havelock," which are specific locations in Singapore. The architecture and the tropical vegetation are highly characteristic of the city-state. I am very confident this is Singapore.
