The architecture of the white shophouses with dark shutters is iconic of Singapore. The parking signs and the general urban layout strongly point to a well-maintained, tropical Southeast Asian city. The driving side appears to be on the left, consistent with Singaporean traffic laws. The overall aesthetic and the specific design of the street furniture confirm this location. I am very confident this is Singapore.
