I see a sign for "The Fourth Man in the Fire" pizzeria on the corner. The architecture, street signs, and general urban feel point strongly towards North America, specifically Canada. The style of the utility poles and the overcast sky are very characteristic of Toronto. I am fairly confident this is in Toronto, Ontario.
