The road markings and the "50" speed limit sign painted on the asphalt are characteristic of Latin America. The signage on the building says "Renta Herramientas" and "Equipos para construcción," which confirms the Spanish language. The style of the graffiti and the urban landscape strongly suggest Mexico. I am fairly confident this is in a major Mexican city, likely Guadalajara or nearby, given the specific commercial branding.

I suspect this is in Mexico, Guadalajara. I am 70% sure.
