The road markings and signs clearly indicate Traditional Chinese characters, which points towards Taiwan. The driving side is on the right, and the architecture and dense urban environment are typical of a major Taiwanese city. The GPS coordinates are conveniently provided in the bottom right corner of the image. I am very confident in this location.
