The traffic is moving on the right side of the road, and the palm trees suggest a tropical climate. The modern glass skyscrapers and the specific style of the Brinks truck point toward a major financial district in Southeast Asia. The architecture and the overall urban layout are highly characteristic of Makati in Metro Manila, Philippines. I am fairly confident this is the Ayala Avenue area.
