The architecture, including the distinct Haussmann-style buildings, strongly points to Paris, France. The traffic is on the right side of the road, which is consistent with this location. The "Renault Rent" van confirms the French context. The street signage and overall urban layout are classic Parisian. I am very confident this is in Paris.
