The traffic is driving on the right side of the road. The street signs and the overall architecture, including the scaffolding and the style of the buildings, are highly characteristic of New York City. The green street sign and the yellow traffic lights match the standard NYC infrastructure. I suspect this is in Manhattan, likely near a busy intersection. I am fairly confident in this location.
