The architecture, specifically the concrete block walls and the bright blue building, strongly suggests a Latin American setting. The style of the gate and the general urban environment point toward Mexico. The bright, clear sky indicates a sunny, warm climate typical of the region. I suspect this is in a city in central Mexico, perhaps in the state of Michoacán, given the "MIC" on the camera display. I am moderately sure of this location.

The camera display explicitly shows "MIC," which strongly supports my previous hypothesis of Michoacán, Mexico. The small sign on the gate is a standard Mexican "No Estacionarse" (No Parking) sign, confirming the country. The industrial architecture and the style of the metal gates are very common in suburban areas of cities like Morelia or Uruapan. I am now quite confident that I am in the state of Michoacán.
