Coo! I see an Esso gas station with a "FairPrice Xpress" sign, which is a strong indicator of Singapore. The tropical vegetation, high-rise residential buildings in the background, and the specific style of the traffic lights and road signs confirm this location. The driving side appears to be on the left. I am very sure this is Singapore.
