The scene shows a modern urban intersection at night with high-rise architecture and a tropical feel. The road markings and the presence of a cyclist suggest a well-planned city, likely in Southeast Asia given the climate and urban density. The signage style and the specific appearance of the buildings strongly point toward Singapore. I am quite confident this is a major intersection in the central area of Singapore.
