The architecture, featuring tall, dense apartment blocks with balconies and a slightly weathered, Mediterranean or North African urban aesthetic, points toward a city like Casablanca. The script on the storefront sign appears to be Arabic, consistent with Morocco. The overall density and building style are classic for the central districts of major Moroccan cities. I am reasonably sure this is in Casablanca, Morocco.
