The street signs and the "Maple-All Fashion Court" sign clearly indicate an urban environment in the United States. The architecture, particularly the large industrial-style building, is characteristic of the Fashion District in Los Angeles. The street layout and traffic signals are typical for this area. I am quite confident this is downtown Los Angeles.
