The street sign clearly says "11th St," and the tall, distinct skyscraper in the background is the Aon Center in Los Angeles. The architecture, palm trees, and general urban layout are classic features of downtown Los Angeles. The signage and vehicle types confirm this is definitely in the United States. I am very confident in this location.
