The traffic is moving on the right side of the road, which is standard for most of Europe. I see a Miele van and several Skoda vehicles, which strongly suggests a Central European location. The architecture and the bridge structure look very characteristic of Prague, Czech Republic. The Nusle Bridge is a famous landmark that fits this visual profile perfectly. I am quite confident in this location.
