I see a tram and large, blocky apartment buildings typical of Eastern Europe. The text on the building says "Spectrum" and "Sos. Mihai Bravu", which is a major boulevard in Bucharest. The vehicles are driving on the right side of the road. The architecture and street signs strongly point to Romania. I am quite confident this is in Bucharest.
