I see "Alley Dog" and "Mexican Food" signs, along with a "PED XING" sign, which strongly point to the United States. The architecture, particularly the large, older industrial-style building on the right, is characteristic of downtown Los Angeles, specifically the Fashion District. The street layout and general urban density match the area near Santee Alley. I am quite confident this is Los Angeles, California.
